Shipping & Refund Policy

Delivery

We deliver all across Delhi NCR from our kitchen in Lajpat Nagar 4. Delivery charges are additional and need to be borne by the receiver.

We deliver using Third Party Delivery Apps such as Uber Parcel, Porter. Delivery charges need to be paid directly to the driver when he reaches your place. Since deliveries are done via third party apps, we can share an estimate of the expected delivery charge, however actual amount may vary.

Delivery Liability

We are not liable for any damages done during delivery, once the product leaves our kitchen. We do not guarantee that every product arrives in perfect condition, but we make reasonable efforts. If you wish to ensure a safe delivery, you may book the ride yourself or collect the parcel from our kitchen.

Delivery Timings

The orders will be delivered within the timeslot mentioned by the customers, however during peak seasons (Festivals, bake sales, new launches) and extreme weather conditions (such as Heavy Rainfall etc) delivery timings may be impacted. If you wish to get it at a particular time, you can book the ride at your end, or come to our kitchen for pick up.

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the location to collect your order when our delivery partner arrives, the driver may attempt 2-3 times, post which the order may be returned to our kitchen. Re-delivery charges and additional handling costs may apply, and delivery may be delayed. We do not process any refunds in such a scenario.

Once the parcel shows delivered at your address, we are not liable for theft, missing package, damage or replacement.

Refund Policy

All our products are freshly baked to order. As taste is subjective, we do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste preferences.
